Arctic sea ice update

It’s a while since I’ve updated this graph because very little has changed, despite recent noise about ridiculously low sea ice extents. In terms of the volume estimates, we’re still right on the parabolic trend, which hits zero around the middle of next decade. That means essentially no northern polar sea ice in late summer, an extraordinary condition in the history of this planet, probably not seen for over 100,000 years.
